Timely, courteous, reliable delivery is one of the most important of our services. About 80% of our sales require delivery to a home or business. Deliveries are often coordinated with landscapers and/or homeowners installing or refreshing the landscape. Timeliness is of the utmost importance.

Coordination with our customers' needs requires regular communication. Our staff calls the day before a scheduled delivery to remind the customer that we are coming, what and how much we're planning to deliver, and an approximate time of delivery. On delivery day we call when the driver is loading up so we can give a more precise estimate of the delivery time.

It's sometimes difficult to determine exactly what is needed to solve a particular problem or create a desired effect. An experienced pair of eyes may be the answer and that's one of the reasons we offer a free consultation service for customers and prospective clients. Another reason for this service is to get to know you so that we can offer a solution tailored to your needs and desires.

Coordination

Grizzly's is not designed to be all things to all people, but we've been around long enough to know most of the experts in our area who can provide the things we don't do. We have a comprehensive list of landscape designers, garden and turf installers, maintenance crews, even scientists and consultants to answer questions from the mundane to the sophisticated. All of our regular contacts also offer free consultative services.
